The New Black August Prisoners’ Collective is a tool for prisoners of all nationalities and genders to politically educate each other, build unity and resist the system of 21st century slavery that is mass incarceration.

The Collective exists primarily within prison walls, organized by prisoners.  This blog will host materials written by prisoners in order to help inmates to teach and learn from each other.
